NBC To Cut ‘The Tonight Show’ Down to Four Nights a Week

NBC is cutting The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to four nights a week,  like the  late-night shows on CBS and ABC.

Aligning with changing viewing habits and production costs.

NBC has also made other cost-saving moves, such as eliminating the house band from Late Night with Seth Meyers.

ABC also allows Jimmy Kimmel extended vacation time, and CBS decided to replace The Late Late Show With James Corden with the much-cheaper comedy panel show After Midnight.
